The challenge
The owner wanted a clear step up in light quality on a court with existing 35-foot poles, without civil work, planning amendments or a long closure.
The solution
Duvon fabricated the mounting plates in advance so a pole could be changed over in under 90 minutes, and shipped the system pre-wired. The installer finished in one working day. The 400 W ProCourt heads were aimed with a digital inclinometer against the project's photometric file, and the system was commissioned the same evening.
The outcome
Duvon reports 47 fc average maintained light at 1.25:1 uniformity and no spill onto the neighbouring driveway or pool deck, with a saving of up to 62 percent against the old lighting.
About the ProCourt fixture
ProCourt is Duvon's 300 and 400 watt court lighting family for tennis, pickleball and multi-court projects. It is made to replace 1000 to 1500 watt metal halide and other HID fixtures. Housings are IP65 rated, with full cut-off, asymmetric optics.
