Padel Alba designs and builds padel courts for clubs, developers, and sports facilities across Europe and beyond. Based in Alicante, the company currently produces around 10 courts a week and is a well-established name among European suppliers.
In mid-November, Padel Alba moves into a larger purpose-built factory after a €750,000 investment, with a target of tripling weekly output. The site is built around an automated production line with two welding robots and four overhead cranes, which should shorten build times and keep quality consistent from one court to the next.
What sets the facility apart is the four-court padel club inside it, which serves as a working showroom. Clients can see and play on Padel Alba courts before ordering. The club has two full-panoramic courts with halo-style perimeter lighting and two panoramic courts with post lighting, so buyers can compare lighting setups side by side. Acoustic curtains on every wall reduce noise on court.
