Court One Athletic Clubs operates premier indoor and outdoor basketball facilities in the Lansing, Michigan area, with locations in Okemos and Lansing. The club features three indoor gymnasiums equipped with 16 goals, along with "Hoop Heaven," an outdoor sport court containing 12 glass height-adjustable backboards. The facilities serve as a practice venue for accomplished local athletes, college prospects, and former professional players. Court One offers comprehensive basketball programming throughout the year, including high school boys and girls leagues, men's 4-on-4 leagues, 3-on-3 tournaments, parent-child clinics, and summer camps. Specialized camps are available before school tryouts to assist players in making their teams, as well as post-tryout sessions for additional skill development. Players of all backgrounds and skill levels utilize the facilities for competitive play, practice, and recreational shooting.
