The proprietary four-step process includes applying high-strength reinforcement tape over cracks, installing a stress mat that absorbs and distributes movement, securing the system with a specialized bonding layer, and finishing with a flexible coating that restores a smooth, uniform surface.

The system addresses common causes of court cracking including freeze-thaw cycles, sub-base movement, and aging surfaces. It delivers consistent play by eliminating dead spots, hollow sounds, bubbling, and premature surface failure—particularly critical for pickleball courts where flat, tournament-ready surfaces are essential.
