GTM Architects is an employee-owned design firm founded in 1989, specializing in architecture, planning, and interior design. With over 35 years of experience, the firm operates through three dedicated studios serving distinct markets: Homes, Commercial, and Multifamily.

The Homes studio focuses on custom homes, renovations, and restorations that reflect clients' unique lifestyles, creating residences defined by comfort, character, and enduring beauty. The Commercial studio designs spaces where people gather, work, and connect, including workplaces, restaurants, retail destinations, and recreation facilities. The Multifamily studio develops housing projects ranging from student housing to supportive housing and large-scale urban developments.

GTM Architects maintains three locations: their headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, an office in Washington, DC established in 2019, and a Frederick, Maryland location opened in 2024.
